Teriyaki Chicken - Simple dish to start the meal, with a side of rice.

Matsuhisa Style Miso Butterfish - Oh my, what a way to start the dinner off with this dish! Miso Sauce for dipping, Fish was super tender, moist just the right flavors, the skin was perfect with a crisp, my favorite way to eat fish skin!

Panko Crusted Ahi Tuna Sashimi Sushi Roll - Crispy outside with a layer of seaweed, veggies and tuna inside. Very interesting texture, mild flavor and it was a perfect touch with a sauce on the plate to dip with.

Seared Salmon and Tiger Prawn - another great dish with
miso sauce, veggies under a piece of crispy Salmon and prawn. Also some mushrooms swimming underneath with some
asparagus.
Sashimi Trio - Great fishes. Fresh, and clean taste.

Oyster Shooter - Sake, 2 oysters, quail egg, small
fishies eggs. YUM. and some
ponzu sauce.

Check out the size of this shot glass. No joke. it was a good amount of Sake.

Veggie Roll - Mushroom, veggies. I am sorry, I am a meat and fish eater.

Alaska Flower Sushi - beautiful dish, looks fresh, clean, tasty.

Alaska Flower Sushi - Wow, this one was GOOD. You can see what is in it. One of my favorite item from
tonight's meal.

Kenny G - Fresh snapper in a tangy sauce (
ponzu), topped with eggs and some green onions.

Uni - Fresh, melts in your mouth, nutty flavor, clean taste, decent portion. What else can I say? Again, if you go to a Japanese restaurant and you don't eat UNI, you are not a sushi lover.
Price for Dinner: $160 with 20% TIP! What a steal for all that food!
