Oh my gosh, this small little joint is constantly full. People were waiting outside for a table. They give you the menu, you choose what you want and order, then get your seats. That's probably the only way for them to be able to serve all the customers.
Eggs Benedict looks and taste great!
Macadamia Nut Pancakes - This is their special! I was trying to figure out how the heck they made such an awesome white sauce! My best guess is melted marshmallow, tad bit of butter, possibly a bit of caramel and topped with ground macadamia nuts. Very rich and creamy. Best pancakes I have had for a very long time. (I dont' really like pancakes)
