Fish with Macadmia Nut. Juicy, tender, wonderful fresh piece of fish. (sorry, I did not take notes of what fish it was)
More fish with garlic, pine seed gave a great nutty yet sweet flavor to the rice. Awesome. This fish wasn't as tender than I would like.
Kimo's Salad.
Grilled artichoke beginners dish. What made this dish special was the dipping sauce. Tangy, and thick. Also clam chowder for beginners.
After dinner, we finished the night with a dessert. Just stopping by, people were flagging us down to try this shave ice place!
People say that the special texture of fluffy snow ice is from the specific "Speed" of the machine and the hand packing technique that allows it to stay that way.
We saw people going for second rounds and hear nothing but great things about this place. Glad I had a chance to try it.
