Maui Day 3 Mama's Fish House Dinner

799 Poho PlPaia, HI 96779
(808) 579-9764
The meal started with a rather interesting "cup". You get a free shot of soup. It was very unique, flavorful, closest thing I can make out of it is a lobster bisque

1/2 dozen oysters, although they were very small, flavor was great. A little bit of sweetness and the special sauce rather than the usual shrimp cocktail sauce was great. A lot more fruity.

This is the Opah fish with tomatoes on top, very tender, with fresh grilled veggies and a side of rice.

How about some Maui onion soup!

The Ono fish was awesome, great tasting fish again with white rice and some snow peas! Great combo, semi Asian style ingredients

Bouillabaisse- Ah, my favorite dish tonight. Medium piece of lobster over angel hair pasta and 2 types of fishes, shrimp, scallops, shellfishes, and a piece of rich garlic butter toast.

We ended the meal with Banana Mac. Nut Crisp. Very great way to end the meal with a rich, sweet dessert, warm dessert under cold ice cream. I also liked the turtle cookie on top. Although it was very tough.

I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone who goes to Maui. Although it was a bit of a drive for us to get here. Valet parking only and great location. Private, great atmosphere, beach front restaurants. We were lucky to be able to get seats within 5 minutes of arrival. Price of food $200+
