Cold Noodles dish with different types of veggies, egg, ham. Great dish for summer when you want to avoid hot soup noodles.
I forget what this one was but it was topped with a fried egg and some Tobiko. the server did warn me that this ramen is salty.
Honestly, this dish may be over rated by some reviews. Taste was decent, it was more towards the mild side, especially when you look at the color of the squid, I thought the outer edges would burst with flavors, but it didn't.
